The Ann Rutherford Files: Ann, Fan Mail, Pan Am Clipper

Details

We are delighted to have come into possession of a portion of the movie star Ann Rutherford’s personal archive of photographs: a golden age time capsule of motion picture PR centered on one of Hollywood’s most delightful personalities. Ann in 1860s costume receiving bags of fan mail at the dock from the Captain of a Pan Am American Clipper seaplane. Is she costumed for Gone With The Wind or a western? Strangely, we would really like to know.
