American coin silver napkin ring, c.1860 having a waisted body with a stippled background and Repousse scroll and engraved foliate decorations surrounding a Repousse shell shaped cartouche containing an ornate, period script monogram NAF. The applied scroll and shell rims add to the appeal of this special napkin ring. This large, elegant napkin ring is 2" in diameter, 1 3/4" tall and weighs 37 grams or 1.2 ozs. Troy.
