Tlaquepaque Clay Figure c 1930s: Boy Trying to Saddle a Very Naughty Donkey M2804

Details

Real comedy here: the little boy is bound and determined to fix that girth trying so hard he finds himself under the beast, who is of course inflating his stomach to thwart the child's efforts and laughing to himself. We love this donkey's unclipped curly coat by the way. And we sympathize deeply with the kid. Whose arm has been broken (condition report). Measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 4 1/2".
