Details
Standing at an impressive 31 inches, this grand-scale table lamp is crafted from a vintage white porcelain ginger jar featuring a sophisticated see-through reticulated design. The vessel is meticulously hand-pierced with an expansive geometric fretwork, punctuated by intricate relief carvings of a flowering cherry blossom tree that appears to grow organically across the lattice. This rare intersection of transparency and high-relief sculpture creates a stunning architectural presence, offering a luminous quality that shifts with the light of the room. Set upon a custom-fitted tiered wood base with a hand-applied aged finish, this lamp is a masterclass in global artisanal luxury—perfect for grounding a grand entryway or serving as a singular focal point in a Santa Barbara Spanish Colonial or Modern Mediterranean great room. The Imperial Garden Lamp’s substantial 9-inch diameter and towering profile make it a definitive choice for designers seeking an artistic addition without the heavy footprint of solid stone. It is a piece that brings an air of quiet, academic elegance and complex, hand-wrought texture to the modern estate.
