Georg Jensen sterling silver pair of serving bowls, having wide border with applied rims and blossom decorations, designed by Henning Koppel. Marked 228D. Denmark, c. 1926-1932. Jensen Old Mark. These fabulous bowls are 9" in diameter, 2 1/4" tall and weigh a total 913.2 grams or 29.45 ozs Troy. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
