Classical Revival German 14 Loth silver (.875) footed vase with openwork decorations, featuring pillars and filigree medallions, having attached figural female profiles atop. c. 1850. This magnificent vase is 2 3/4" in base diameter, 3 3/4" in top diameter, 4 1/2" tall and weighs 183 grams or 5.9 ozs Troy. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
