Details: Rare, 45" giant Viking floor-model designed by Hans Bølling, c.1960s, Denmark. While standard iterations of this iconic character were crafted as small tabletop accents, this monumental sized sculpture stands nearly four feet tall. It was originally produced in limited numbers for high-end showroom displays or exclusive residential commissions, making it a rare find. Turned from solid teak and pine, this whimsical warrior embodies the humor and organic warmth defining mid-century Danish design. The figure comes complete with its signature attributes - a carved helmet with wooden ears, a thick faux-fur beard, woven rope arms, and its original carved wooden spear and matching circular shield. Dimensions: 11.5" width x 9.5" depth x 45" height Condition: Good vintage condition; professionally cleaned.
