American coin silver teapot made by Jones Ball & Co. of Boston c.1853- 1854 having oak leaf and acorn repousse decorations on the body and lid, and a cast acorn and oak leaf finial. The "C" scroll handle has an acanthus leaf thumb piece. The pot sits on four shell form paw feet and is inscribed: "Emma P. Flint". This ornate teapot is in excellent original condition, with no repairs, removals or alterations. Dimensions: Height: 9" Length from Handle to Spout: 9 1/4" Weight: 26.6 ozs Troy.
