American coin silver Repousse acid etched napkin ring c.1800, unmarked, but guaranteed to be as represented. This amazing napkin ring has acid etched borders and quadruple line bands enclosing nicely detailed floral foliate Repousse decorations enclosing a large rectangular scroll andfoliate cartouche withthe period monogram M.K.W. This large elegant napkin ring weighs 31 grams or 1 oz. Troy and is 1 7/8" in diameter and 1 7/8" tall. Monogrammed as described above, the soft, warm, original antique finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
