A noble 19th century Indian door post. Originally this piece was used as a representation of an event, tribe or person. Hewn from teakwood this lovely artifact features a carving of woman standing on top of an oversize lion. It retains traces of its original painted finish which was made with natural pigments. *Era: Antique *Material: Teak *Size: 4"(L) x 4"(W) x 23.5" (H) *Color: Multi *Condition: Wear consistent with age & use, blemishes and imperfections will be present.
