Chinese Export silver napkin ring, having cutwork decorations, featuring bamboo and Chinese characters. Among decorations, there is a shield, monogrammed "MW" in an intricate stylized script. Borders are decorated with engraved pattern. Made by Wosheng, c. 1880-1910. This catchy napkin ring is 1 1/8" wide, 1 3/4" in diameter and weighs 31.1 grams or 1 ozt. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
