Native American Northern Coastal Totem Pole circa 1950

Details

The back is left blank and the base is a branch cross-section with the bark left on. Nevertheless this tiny commercial version for the tourist trade of the great effigies has a great deal of presence. A testament to its time and place. 7" high on a 1 1/2" square base.
